Lockboxes

Lockboxes are used by agents to gain access to your property while you are away from home. 

The Realtor’s Supra Electronic ibox  leases for $150.   Realtor have a special key that opens the lockbox.  From this lockbox we are able to generate a report showing who has shown the property.

Our Home Feed Back System is connected to our Supra lockbox.  When an agent shows your property using the Supra Lockbox - they will automatically receive a Home Feed Back request.  When the agent answers the home feed back you will receive their response via email.

The Supra Lockbox  leases for $150 – upon return of the lockbox to Total Choice Realty  we will refund the $50 deposit.

We also offer a combination lockbox for your use $40.   Agents will call you direct to set-up an appointment to view your property and to obtain the lockbox code.  You will need to write down the name and phone number of the agent you provided the code too and enter the agent's information from their business card into the home feed back manually to obtain the feed back on your property.

If you are home most of the time then the combination lockbox will work best for you. If the property is vacant, or if you travel frequently, then you will want to lease the Supra ibox to ensure that your property is shown on a more frequent basis. Again, the choice is up to you!  Our goal is to get your home sold – and to give you more choices in doing so.
