The following Metro Atlanta Area Counties are included in the FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service) and the GAMLS (Georgia Multiple Listing Service):
Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Forsyth, Fulton, Gordon, Gwinnett, Hall, Hart, Henry, Jackson, Jasper, Lumpkin, Meriwether, Newton, Paulding, Pickens, Pike, Polk, Rockdale, Spalding, Troup, and Walton Counties.
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is territorial - if your county is not listed, please call our office at 770-716-5009 to verify your county coverage area.
When hiring a Flat Fee MLS Company - make sure they are members of the MLS system that covers your area. There are many Flat Fee companies out there that are national lead generation companies (they sell their leads to local brokers). Beware of these companies - they may not be able to place your property in the MLS system that covers your area.
