Total Choice Realty's Flat Fee MLS Listing Service cover the entire State of Georgia.  We will list your property in the Georgia MLS (GAMLS) and Realtor.com including all the top real estate sites (for less than the cost of a print ad). 

 

In addition to all the Atlanta Metro MLS Counties the following counties/cities have recently joined the GAMLS: Camden, Clarkston, Rome (Cove Springs, Rockmart, Cedartown), Troup (Lagrange, Hoganville, West Point), I-85 North Board of Realtors(Jefferson, Braselton and Hoschton), Jackson County, Bulloch County (Stateboro), Rabun County Board of Realtors.

Depending on which county your property is located in local agents may or may not be a member of our GAMLS system.  Therefore local agents may or may not be able to locate your property depending on the MLS system they use. 

To verify the MLS system in your area contact a few local agents and ask them the name of their MLS system.  If they use the GAMLS then they will be able to locate your property without any issues.

If your goal is to sell your home without a Realtor then we can list your property in the GAMLS and throughout the internet on all the major Real Estate sites giving your property maximun internet marketing coverage.
