With over 16 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, Carolyn West, 
  Broker/Owner of Total Choice Realty started her real estate career as
  a closing coordinator for a Top Producing Re/Max Agent for 5 years then
  transferred to Prudential Georgia Realty as their coach and trainer for
  3 years teaching new agents how to list and sell real estate.  

Carolyn opened her own brokerage firm Total Choice Realty in 1999, to address the needs of homeowners throughout the Atlanta area that felt paying 6 - 7 % commission was too much to pay to LIST their property in the Multiple Listing Services (MLS). 

Carolyn is a Real Estate Coach and Trainer and spends her time and energy teaching her 'by owners' clients how to sell their home themselves while marketing their property in the GAMLS, FMLS, Realtor.com and on hundreds of tops real estate sites.
