There are 2 different MLS systems in the Metro Atlanta area.

The GAMLS (Georgia Multiple Listing Service) covers the entire state of Georgia.

The FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service) covers the following Georgia counties: Barrow, Bartow, Cherokee, Chattooga, Cobb, Dawson, Dekalb, Douglas, Floyd, Forsyth, Fulton, Gordon, Gwinnett, Hall, Haralson, Jackson, Lumpkin, Paulding, Pickens, Polk and Walton. 

If you property is located in any of these counties you must list your property in the FMLS.

While some real estate brokerage firms are members of either the GAMLS or FMLS. Total Choice Realty hold membership in both the GAMLS and FMLS.
